Carlinda is a Massey University Food Technology graduate.
Her career started in Product Development and she understands the technical, regulatory and marketing requirements of a commercially successful product.

Training
Training starts with I’M ALERT – an online -24/7 – standalone course suitable for new staff. Training continues with the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Training, which can be done online or with Carlinda in a day course.
Food Control Plans (FCP)
One hour of Carlinda’s time can help you clarify which MPI National Program 1,2 or 3 , or Template or Custom FCP is most appropriate for your business.
Labels
Carlinda is an MPI registered Food Labelling Consultant. She can make a fully compliant label from your own recipe – Start with a simple Nutrition Information Panel (NIP)

I’M ALERT is a Council approved Interactive, Modular, Awarnemess, Learning, Educational Resource Tool that automatically produces a certificate at the end of training.
I’M ALERT was developed by Australian Food Safety Officers and meets FSANZ Code requirements. It is suitable for all food workers.
The Council Approved Basic Food Hygiene covers additional New Zealand legislation (Food Act 2014 , Food Regulations 2015 and provides more information on how to manage allergens
